    Smile Cincinnati Hawk 150

I am starting to work with a cincinnati Hawk 150. This is a used machine and we don't have all the manuals for it. I was wondering if anyone could help me locate manuals for this machine. I will also need help with the renishaw tool setter. Just wondering what tool offset page a person uses for tool setup, and for working offsets. This machine has an Acramatic A2100 controller. Can a person use the g code canned cycles for threading ,rough turning and boring like on the fanuc controllers? How does one set up for tool change positions? I have run this controller on a Cincinnati Arrow 750 Machining center but not on the turning centers. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have been away from the trade for a few years so I'll need some help refreshing my memory. Thanks

Thanks for the info gwood. Looks like I will be the new owner of this machine in the new year. I have been running this machine part time for the last 3 years. It should have a few more good years of production left in it. Is there any way to tell how many hours this machine would have?

    Thanks Again

    Mike

Call in with the serial # off the back of the machine and we can tell you when the machine was ordered. There was never an hour meter in any of the Acramatic controls.
