I have a Matsuura MC-500V it was retrofitted with fagor controls and uses a PLC 64 to do the automatic tool changes. I found a hard copy of the ladder logic and I have the software, Just need some tips on how to get started, I am not that familiar with programing PLC's with DOS software. Thanks |

| What is the Fagor control that is on the machine? If you have the listing then it should be possible to type it in to a PC and download it to the PLC, I believe Fagor supply a Terminal program for doing this, also you may be able to use a modem program, but you have to know the serial protocol the PLC is set to. Is the PLC built into the CNC or stand alone? Also Fagor support are usually very helpfull. Al.
