Thumbs up Help on rotary programming

Hi People,
I am trying to make a diffusor for a jet engine. It has blades that need to be machined on the largest diameter. I can make the program work for the blade but when I try to make it loop back 5 times with m99 it keeps looping. At the bottom of the program I insert the line G91 A9 for the rotary table and then after that M99 L4. then carry on for the different profile that comes every 90 degrees and so on .Can any one give me a helping hand on what I am doing wrong? Thanks

On my Fadal I would do something like this.

%
N.4 L200 (start point for loop)

N1 G00 G90 X1. Y-1. Z0.1
N2 G00 X.25 Y-0.375
N6 Y-0.1511
N11 G01 Z-0.125f3
N16 X-0.1554
N21 X-0.1967
N26 X-0.2257 Y-0.1512
N31 G02 X-0.2351 Y-0.1505 I-0.0002 J0.0625
N36 X-0.4891 Y0.1661 I0.044 J0.2954
N41 X-0.3902 Y0.2124 I0.0624 J-0.0044
N46 G03 X-0.1734 Y0.1509 I0.1933 J0.2689
N51 G02 X-0.169 Y0.1511 I0.0044 J-0.0623
N56 G01 X0.
N61 G00 Z0.1
N62 G00 G91 A9
N63 M17
N64 M30 (end of loop)
N65 (machine start code and initial set-up moves)

N66 L204 (call 200 & repeat 4 times)
N67G80
N68(move to home)
N69 M05 M09
N70 M30

My machine ignores subs and starts reading the first line after the 2nd last M30.
I could add 10 more loops by using different L#s and ending the sub with M30.
