Hi All,
I have the programming system from Okuma, called ADMAC Parts.
It also includes a progam simulator to test the actual code that will run on the machining centre (Okuma MA600HB with OSP-E100M Controller).
What I am trying to figure out is how to define a blank shape for a circular part that does not have its axis inline with Z axis. i.e. if the part is aligned on the table with the X axis and I want to rotate the table 90° to machine the end face of the bar etc... I can not seem to get the system to define a blank in this alignment!
The same applies with defining anything that has its axis not aligned with the Z axis.
Can anyone help? This is driving me nuts!
