Mitsubishi and Fagor have manuals in PDF format on there websites

I recommend look at Haas website, they have PDF manuals for download. Many example and explanation is so clear. Mitsubishi(Fanuc) is common use but doesn't give much examples and hard to understand.

bUt the most common used format you will find. Hass and Milltronics are wannabes
