| Years ago I wrote a program for a Amada 358 kingII with a Fanuc 18-P controller that created a 46" rib by keeping the tool down while the bed moved. Now I need to scribe words into a .250 thick blank of alum.. The problem is that I don't remember how I did it. Can someone tell me which codes keeep the punch down and which one cancels the command? Thanks |

| I do not know the codes but I have another way to that may work. If you have a center punch tool you could use it to produce hits along the letters and get the same results. Independent CNC Programmer Home Page: http://www.ctcn.net/~3kings |
