CNC Amada Apelio G-Codes

Hi,
I have had a look through this forum, and not been able to find exactly what I am after.

I used to program a LASER PUNCH combi using G-Codes, I am now out of work & want to get back into programming. I have lost all of my old data.

Can anybody supply me with a list of commands (and funcitons within the command) for CNC punch.

Also if anybody has any documentation on die clearances I would be very gratful.
