    Pallet Change

    Hi,
    Somebody Knows how do pallet change in a machining center Tsugami FMA3, I Know that I have to use a M60 code but I can't finish like if something is missing. What is the procedure for do it?

    On a TOYODA FA550-II we use a M90 in MDI.

    If we want to do it in the program we have to ...

    M2
    M90


    Machine will stop at the M2 and then when you hit the cycle start at the back of the machine near the pallet doors it will index the pallets.

    Also do you have an m-code list it might need a clamp code etc.

    Yes the control is Fanuc 16M with 10 pallets,and of course needs a clamp code the problem is there, when I want clamp the B axis an interruption in the circuit diagram appears in a address (BROF.L) by the name of the direcction I think is the signal of a limit switch but doesn't exist in the machine

    Sounds like it's not making the switch fully? switch malf.? etc.

    one of the biggest problem I seen with pallet change is the limit switchs coolant over time makes them stick we hit it once a week with wd-40
