after 4 months i have a machine ready to go it works by jogging would like to make a part from a file drew one in acad converted it to g code put it into mach 3 and ...... error it said radius to end of arc differs from radius to start on line #260 what????? heres the dfx drawing can someone check it out for me please cheers tom |

| thanks for the quick reply however i do not know what that means im a g code newbie sorry i did a another test run and all it did was cut in circles and did another one from the tutorials for sheetcam does exactly the same thine circles it does not even resemble the part whats going on?? maybe if someone posted a simple g code or point me in the right dirrection just to see if it the code not the setup? cheers tom |

| got it going after thinking why does it run in circle so had a quick look around in this forum i found that i had the machine state setup wrong i made the machine cut the part on the home run stretch BANG oh man the router craped out supid bunning router now have to wait till tomorrow to get a new one thanks for your help cheers tom |
