Hello everybody... I'm taking a manufacturing course where we are introduced to CNC Milling. I have a lab report due today, and while I was searching online, I found cnczone.com. I hope you can give me some help. I've got the following code, and I have to explain the functions for each block. Would you be kind enough to take a look at it and correct me if i'm wrong. Also fill in a couple of blank ones? Thanx! Code: (DATE=DD-MM-YY - 07-11-2005 TIME=HH:MM 09:15) N100 G20 # Inch mode N102 G0 G17 G40 G49 G80 G90 # Select the X-Y plane, turn off the path compensations, canned cycle and start absolute programming (1/4 FLAT ENDMILL TOOL-2 DIA. Note : Cincinnati Mills use H1 ...Hx as fixture offsets. The G1 lines are moving at the last F rate. - Not drilling. M136 G91 G28 Z0 (Returns Z axis to home position) |
