| What would the statement look like at the start of an ISO program for the iTNC530 to zero out previous offsets, so they do not carry over to the next part to be machined? Thanks in advance I am a newbe to Heidenhain and iTNC530 control |

| which offsets do you mean? work offsets or wear offsets or geometry offsets? In any case offsets are generally changed manually in the control by the operator. It can be done using macro system variables but since you have non-standard control (i.e. not Fanuc) any code or macro variables dealing with offsets are specific to your control. If you look here on CNC Forums there is no specific Heidenhain forum. This should give you an idea of how much we care about Heidenhain |
