How to begin?

Hello, I'm really newbie on this, and thank YOu very much for Your time.
I have Bavelloni's glass cutting table and now I need to make easy, simple software for manually entering coordinates and moving it on the table.
From where I can begin? I founded some informations on the web but there are so complicated. I have original software from cutting table but I need other functionality of it.
Numerical control is NUM 1040/PC and I have some code from it's software:

%2
N1(M00001_001 )
N2E30000=32100E30001=2250E30002=0004
N3E30003=0001E30005=0000
N4E30004=0
N5(10 )
(NUM MTS42N)
E10028=0
G77H9100
M96
G77N10N12
G79E20002=0N6
E30004=E30004+1
G76N4N4
N6G77H9101
M02
G77H9700
N10
G59XL170YL171CL172
EDL172
L918=0
L6=1000L7=3L8=90L13=1000L14=2247G77H9030
L6=999L7=1000L8=180L13=3L14=1000G77H9030
ED0
G59XYC
N12

Is this G-code or something else?
Please help me how to start, it is very important for me in my factory.
Thank you very much for Your time

Buy me a Beer?

I moved the thread to G code programming as the the program you have is the G code for your machine.
You need to get a NUM programming manual and the description of the M codes implemented by the OEM.
You will either have to program in this language or obtain a CAM program with a post processor for your particular machine.

This is not Gcode or it is some version of Gcode..!
I tryed to put it on several software (XproMIll, Ncplot...) and they cannot execute this program...

I contacted NUM.com and they didn't help me to much. They give me 2 pdf documents about G-programing and some suggestion:

- PLC programming in "C"
- HMI programming with MMI tool

Note: PLC programming in C, and HMI programming need most experience. And - you need also the CNC options and also the Tools !!

I need more help or some open source or something if that exist...
Thanks

I have problem with putting down knife.
I think that happened here:

L6=1000L7=3L8=90L13=1000L14=2247G77H9030
This line is for cutting, but i need just to put knife down and hold it on place.
Thanks

I have a pdf manual for Bavelloni cutting tables (includes NUM1040 controller) which lists programming examples.

Let me know if you want a copy.
