I just put together a tutorial on my blog for how to use your Mill CAM software to generate complex profiles so you can run G71 and similar lathe cycles against them if you don't have turning CAM.

The process is pretty mechanical and just requires a few transformations most g-code editors can make. I used CNCCookbook's G-Wizard (natch).
