Syncing ECM Controller Position and Stepper Positions

Is there a way using ECM controller to Home in the middle of a long G-Code program where the sync process uses the limit switch in each axis, and does not go directly to where the controller thinks home is?

Lots of direction changes cause even small backlash errors to build; it is annoying and time consuming to exit the G-code to do this in the manual mode before continuing the G-code.

ECM software automatically uses the limit switches with the manual homing entry in the "command" drop-down or using the "Home All" radio button.

Really would appreciate knowing how to "Home" in the middle of a large g-code file, rather than having to exit to manually Home and then restart/continue the g-code.

Or is homing using the limit switches in the middle of a program determined as a part of the .INI file setup?

Is this possible at all with ECM?
