Hello, I'm having big problem with machining using Acramatic 2100 controller. My Setup: Solidworks 2009 Solidcam 2008R12 G-code is generated in FANUC. Acramatic has a translator build it and it works, I generate a gcode, send it for machining, machine takes the code it, it translates it first and machining starts all fine. The problem is with the big programs, like 20k or more lines of code. There is not enough memory in A2100 to take the program. Normally I would drip feed the program but since this is a FANUC code, machine doesn't understand it. It wants full program first before translation. I was thinking if I could get a POST for Acramatic 2100 and generate gcode in iso standard (acramatic 2100) instead of Fanuc I could drip feed it to the machine this way. Does anyone know where could I get a post for Solidcam so I could get a gcode in iso standard rather than fanuc ? Or maybe someone got drip feeding to work with Fanuc and Acramatic ? Any help much much much appreciated. Regards, Mariusz |
