Need Help!- 1/8-27 NPT programming on fanuc OT

Need help with npt threading, I have not programmed my lathe for npt threading and I am not sure of how to write this. My drawing calls out a 1/8-27 npt + or - 1-1/2 turns, the tubing I am threading is .405 in diameter. Could someone please give me an example of how you would write this program, Thanks very much in advance, this would be a life saver.
