hello.I want to write to G-code for circle with 4 hole in 4 side of circle. i must use G81.but I do not know how start it and what GCode is need. in fact a circle with 4 small circle inside it around 4 side. please help me. |

If you want to use G81, I take that you are drilling these circles and not interpolating these circles. The common G81 line requires: Z= depth R= reference plane f= feed rate But if you are interpolating these circles, you would want to use G3 to climb mill and G2 to conventional mill. And in order to help you any further I would need a little more information, than a circle with four circles inside it. Good Luck |

The part may be a standard centrifuge mount........ Not to be disparaging, but your talents may be wasted here, judging from the 3 months of posts by this guy. I'm all for helping newbies, but there's a whole lot of homework that isn't being done. |
