Hello, I am having an issue using the Barfeeder on our Nakamura Tome WT300 and I can't seem to find any resolution. The Machine is equiped with a Gantry and we are trying to use a BF-WS scenario to run parts through our barfeeder with a Gantry pickup on the Sub after the program is done. The problem is that the Machine side expects the Main Chuck to be open and the Barfeeder expects the Chuck to be closed, so we get an alarm (W143). There are a couple of G471 codes in the program, which I think are settings used by the Gantry, but I don't have any listing for G-Codes on this machine. I'm hoping that someone on here might have some answers. Tried Methods, but no one calls back... Any help would be much appreciated right now! Thanks, Richard  |
