Exclamation G50 Fanuc 6T Lathe - Tool Setting

We recently lost all the parameters on our Mori Seiki SL6. The guy who had all the back up programs quit the same week and he took everything with him without us knowing.
The problem is that I am only used to setting up using Geometry and this controls will not allow it. I have no experience with G50 programming. (using a reference position).
We use gang tooling (Turn and thread on a horseshoe holder. We turn on top and thread on the bottom. (8rd Threads on 2.375 - 4.500 API tubing)
Please help me understand how to set up my program and touch off the tools.

This will be my regular program:

    O4500 (4.5 EUE Pin)
    G00 T0201
    G97 M03 S450
    G0 X5.0
    Z.1
    G01 Z0.0 F0.020 M08
    X2.933 F.015
    Z-.125
    G04 X.05
    G0 Z.1 T0202
    X4.1305
    G01 Z0 X4.1305 F0.025
    X4.6247 Z-.4280
    X4.7788 Z-2.8943F0.030
    X4.9346 Z-3.2068
    G0 X5.100
    G0 Z2.0

How can i translate this to a G50 program by using a reference geometry.
I do not want to index since am using the same tool with different offsets.
I still need to add the threading part which is based on a G92 code
    .
How can I set up each tool offset?
    I need help desperately!!

    Thank you!
