    All your G-code has linear moves so there is no chance that the control can do curved or round corners, it will just cut straight lines as it has been programed G1 are linear moves

    You need a real cam program then you will be able to achieve what you are trying to do, if you have steppers then you won't be able to cut at those speeds, unless you have servos with high resolution encoders

    Run this to see how your machine is running, it's in inches but the G20 will take care of that if your machine is setup in metric

    The dot is the X0Y0 point, this is just a test and has lots of curves, it may be to fast at 60 IPM
