Change order of posts

I'd like to change the order of the posts in the threads. Right now the most recent post is at the top of the thread,so in order to start reading the thread from the 1st post I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page. It's kind of annoying.
Also I need to know how to be able to print out only the posts I want without having to waste paper & ink with all the ads, and stuff on the rest of the screen. I'm using a Mac G5.
This is a very good forum, I just want to be able to use it better.

UserCP > Edit Options (Under "settings and options" on the left)>Thread display options

And try Thread Tools> Show Printable Version (top of first post)
