No Password reset e-mail.

Hello,
I have had to create an all new e-mail address so that I could register with a new user name. I forgot my password for my original user account. When I tried to reset my password I would never receive the E-mail. I tried this several times. I sent several messages to the Contact us link but never got a reply. I checked my incoming folder as well as my spam. There is nothing there. The account user name that I'm having a problem with is neptune769. E-mail address is neptune769@gt.rr.com. What is the problem?
