Why is this forum all upside down and back to front?

Been trying to read some threads and comment in a couple but it seems that you have the show newest posts first button selected. It's really confusing the hell out of me as every other forum I go on is the other way round. Any way of changing it as I can't see an option anywhere?

    HI monza,

Click UserCP (top left), then edit options, scroll down about 2 pages worth to thread display options...

This forum has over 130,000 members and this is the first time I have seen this type of complaint; don't you think you should conform to the way it exists rather than have everyone else change.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.

strange thing is, I see it the 'right' way and always have done...oldest post first, which is the default setting (incidentally Monza, that is the default for mycncuk which I know you visit too) so I can only assume that somehow your settings got changed... corrupt cookie or database entry

Actually, if you look in the "Forum Questions" area (where I just moved this to), you'd see that this has been asked (and answered) several times in the last 6 months.
