Forum pages loading extremely slow

Lately the pages here at CNCZone have been loading really slow. It took me over 2 minutes on a DSL connection just to load this page to make this post. I have no problems on any other forums I frequent and most of them are Vbullentin powered like this one. I have to click on a page then go have a smoke or read some other pages for a while until it loads. Any ideas why this is happening??

PS Time of day doesnt seem to make a difference.
