    Dang! I hate it when.....

I have about 15 or 20 unread messages in my list and sometimes when I comment on one message I LOOSE the list!!! It has happened to me numerous times. Is there something I am doing wrong? After I comment on a message I don't use the back button because it just goes back to what I typed. So I click on the line at the top called "CNCzone-The Ultimate CNC Discussion Forum" Then at the next screen It shows my un-read messages. Most of the time this works but sometimes I loose my message list of un-read mail.
    Thanks

I fixed it, what happens is when your on the board and you are logged in but are not doing anything ( like if you walk away from the computer) the cookies are set to expire in 30 min. So once the 30 min are up all unread messages go to read. I have increased the time to 1 hr.

    Another option...

... is to right click the thread you wanna read and open it in a new window. Then close the window and you're back to the list without it being updated with new stuff you just added.

You can also tap the back button twice to get back to the live list after responding to a post.
(Like I am going to do after posting this note )

    robotic regards,

    Tom

Or instead of clicling the back button, click the arrow next to it and a pull down menu appears with all of the pages that you've been to. Select the one that says SEARCH RESULTS.
