Question what does "Subscribe to This Forum" mean?

    Hello:

On the pull down menu of "Forum Tool" each forum, this is one entry called "Subscribe to This Forum". What is its function?

I go through about a dozen of forums, then I click the "Sibscribe to This Forum" on tose forums. Then I go to my own account, I CANNOT find nowhere whether those forums go. I assume there would be a list of forums in my account such that I can easily go to read them.

    Looks like I am wrong.

Could anyone help me with this? what does the "Subscribe to This Forum" mean? and how to use it?

    thanks a lot!

If you click on "Quick Links" then click "Subscribed Threads" (third from bottom) it'll show you all your subscribed threads, you can manage your subscriptions from there.

Incidentally, if you don't want E-Mails everytime someone responds to a thread you're subscribed to then you can change this under "User CP", "Settings and Options", "Edit Options", "Default Thread Subscription Mode".

Note that it automaticaly subscribes you to any thread you reply to or create.
