    Waiting for eternity

When I click on a posters name then click on show all posts by that person , this is what I get.
"This forum requires that you wait 45 seconds between searches. Please try again in 45 seconds."
So I wait a bit and try again, this time I get
"This forum requires that you wait 45 seconds between searches. Please try again in 8 seconds."
OK, I guess I didnt wait long enough, so I time myself and wait a minute. Guess what I get?
"This forum requires that you wait 45 seconds between searches. Please try again in 45 seconds."
What is going on here, I have only noticed this in the last couple of weeks but I have been doing the same operation for many months.
