could someone please help me and tell me how to get my settings to show the messages from the first to last instead of the last post first, I am getty really tired of having to scroll down to the bottom of each page and read the all the post from the bottom up. this really sucks

Click on User CP. Then on the left side, under "Settings and Options", choose "Edit Options". Then scroll down to thread display options and change "thread display mode".
