why doesnt my sig picture show up?

I have compressed down my signature picture so it is the right size and under the 19kb..it is uploaded and shows in my usercp, but doesnt show when I post, only my text does...and also the box is checked to show my signature both in my profile and when I post..any ideas why it is not showing up?

Your avatar file size is too large at 19kb. From the avatar edit page:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 96 by 96 pixels or 6.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

no not my avatar image it is my signature image..which should be 500 X 100 and 19 kb...

Sorry 'bout that KOS.

Since your reply I've tried several different signature images and none of them seem to appear. All of them are well below the 500 x 100 pixel, 19kb size limits, too. I even tried my 80 x 80 pixel, 2kb avatar without any success.

I guess we'll have to defer to CNCadmin for an answer and some help.

yeah i think it is something that the admin has to turn on in their control panel. Not 100% as the forum I used to own had different software.

something i noted when i found this forum is that there were no picture signatures, and i accualy like that. But I agree, there must be some option in admin cp to allow pictures in sigs.

Since I've never seen a signature image, I think it's safe to assume that they are not functioning.
