If you are using a toolbar, your toolbar is block the pop-up message that you have a new PM, as for emails, your email service is blocking them.

Is anyone else having thread subscription issues?
Here lately I have not gotten any notification of PM's from other members, or subscribed thread notifications. I have gone through the User CP section, all the settings are correct, and I have gone through my Yahoo email account, all is working correctly there as well.
I am puzzled

Thanks Paul, I went through my email, and found that Yahoops had marked your email address as bulk/spam, so any emails you have sent me, or any from this site have been lost
It is odd, because it seemed that I was getting less and less notifications over the last couple weeks, slowly tapering off to nothing.
Stupid Yahoo account. They also had a few of my close personal friends listed as bulk mail
