Time out errors and general strange behaviors.

I see this is very similar to another thread post. Obviously you guys are working on it - best of luck.

Is it me, the web or CNCZone. I seem to be getting timeout errors and other strange behavior that I've not see before. The web in general seems slow but this seems to be zone specific.
