There were many problems about a week ago, Paul took note of it and I don't see any of them now?

Been seeing delays for longer than a week. Still seeing them.

The site is stalling on ads.cnczone.com.

Not seeing this with other sites on the web.

Hmmmm!getting worse ...................anybody,any ideas??Internet connect speed test done, everything good.Tried clearing history and cookies.Opening in IE and Mozilla. But even after on site going between posts is slow.Anything that requires a new page,is slow.Sometimes a message comes up and says the connection has been reset. Not the most computer savvy person.Could it be a firewall thing.I never changed anything. Before I start tinkering further though could a few more chime in and confirm its me not them.Thank You.By the way, sometimes(getting rare)everything works fine again.

Something's been messed up the last two days or so. Pages take a really long time to load, and I'm seeing messages about the server being reset where the adds usually go. It seems to be an issue with the advertising, slowing down the whole site.

Phew, thought it was my end but if others are seeing it too I will sit back and wait for a fix to be put in place.

Upgrading VB huh? Going with 4.x maybe?

Good to know that its being worked on. Very slow with me also. I have a very fast connection and this site is by far the slowest one I visit lately. Acts like there’s too many flashing ads trying to load or reload for each page. I’m wondering if it’s possible that the ads could be in a banner at the top that stay loaded and the forums pages load separately? Just a thought.

I also have been having problems. Part of it is definitely slow page loading, and it may be linked to the othe problem I'm having. This one is definitely the ads as the picture below shows. You can see that the way it is loading the ads leaves a trail in the recent pages files on the browser (IE 8). As a result of that I can't use the browser's back button most of the time. The picture shows 2 ads that loaded between the current page and the "Benchtop Machines" page. I also get the click sound like you get when you click a link, but it happens every 5 seconds or so without my hand anywhere near the mouse. When the click sounds, the progress bar shows a download of something quickly. Like I said, this repeats every 5 seconds or so.
