    Pull down menus problem

I have been experiencing a problem where the pull down menus open up underneath of an advertisement. I have attached a screen grab that shows what I am talking about. I have verified that this behavior happens in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome, so it doen't appear that it is a browser issue.

I have tried refresh and it still does it. In order to get it to work, I have to navigate to another page in the forum rather than just refresh the page that I am on, presumably one that has a different advertisement. Then sometimes, even that one does it and I have to navigate to a third page to get one that doesn't pose the problem. It is workable, but I just thought I would pass along what is happening.
