    Is there a reason the edit function on post is set to disable after 3 days?
    I know on VB it's a global setting (at least in 4.0+ version),just wondering what your reasoning was.

    The reason I ask is,it's nice to be able to update the OP when doing a build thread like part changes, add-ons or also in my case to update 'Table of Contents". I think that makes it a lot easier for members to scan thru large threads getting right to relative content.

    No big deal just curious.

    Yes because members would delete their posts and thus losing all the content of the thread.
