Can YouTube videos be embedded on the site?

Seems it may have been possible in the past, but is not any more? Is that right? If so, why is that???

If not, how do I do it!

Click SHARE and then EMBED button and copy/paste code in the message

I believe that it won't work in some of the forums here, but works in others.
When it works, you only need to post the link.

Why is that? Embedding doesn't use server resources, does it?
