avatar trouble

Hi Guys
I can't seem to get my Avatar to display correctly. It is within the specified sizes. And it use to work.
It should look like this


I have tried .jpg , .gif and png. None seem to work. I have linked to a file on my website and tried uploading it with the same result.
Any ideas ?
