Foamworks ver.3

I am very green with CNC but for my first project I buit a foam cutter using the HCNC pro 4 axis board using Foamworks. I realize I probably should have purchased the Cadworks program with it but as a learner I did not realize how much use it was going to be. Trying to convert DXF files to a DAT file for me is also giving me headaches.
The reason for this post is I have been using notepad to do little designs and have a problem with directions. When I start a cut it reverses towards me the distance of the part that I want to cut. Then it starts foward and does the cut properly. I do not know where I am going wrong but would somebody be able to tell me how to change the direction for the initial start of the cut. The first few lines of info are
