Please help me buying a software

hello
i want to desgin a foam cutter using a turntable and an independent axis .
my problem is software
is there any commerical software i can buy (with or without controller) that can generate g-code to do the job.

please dont tell me cenece, foamworks, the GMFC, as they all handle 3 axis (or even 2 axis as axis dont run indepdent from each other)

also please dont tell me mach3 as is only excute gcode in 5 axis or so.

i will appricate any information on this subject

thanks a lot

I was looking at your request, it looks funny.

you have stated you do not need common software that can generate g code.

If you have not state what is your design of your machine clearly and how would you like people to understand your request?

Its best to describe how your machine design will looks like and what you are going to cut (sample example) with it.

Do you have the hardware at the moment for example stepper / servo motor drivers and the type of cnc controller?

well, i cant see anything funny about it

my machine is a normal foam cutter machine
take a look at this

http://www.foamlinx.com/fc5555.html

but adding a turntable which hold the block of foam and rotate it according to design

very simple

"Funny" in my post means you want something and you would not say what you need.

Okay i presume you are trying to copy the design.

Why can't the normal 2d software be used if the end product is straight and not taper.

From the pictures most of the cutting can be operated with a 2d software.

A 4 axis solution is needed if you were to cut Shape with taper / angle.

If you intend to use a turntable to rotate the workpiece and one fixed axis, there is only a total of 2 axis.
Why a simple program like mach 3 cannot be used?

You can calculate one axis (The turntable) using the circumference as the length. You know it is round (360 degree). From here you can calculate the number of steps required to turn 360 degrees.

The other axis is just to move in and out.

ive been looking for the same thing for 3 years. Ive heard and seen on the websites that the croma chroma? machines and the ones that demand products sell also make provision for this in their software. However ive heard that they are very user unfriendly but I have seen them work. This software is not available ANYWHERE, I have never ever seen it for sale by any company for any reason without the purchase of a machine.
there is a program called step4 or 4step, im not sure, it is made specifically for foamcutters. I played with a demo of it for a while, it has a lot of features, but unless i missed it, even it doenst control a turntable. I dont think you are going to find a software that will create code that will make use of independant taper cuts AND a turntable. I cant even begin to imagine the math involved with that. what sort of shapes do you expect to cut? the only thing ive ever seen on a turtable are either cut turn cut turn style profile cutting, or geometric shapes like roof spires that taper and twist at a predictable pattern. Neither method requires the use of independant cut.
very few of the items you see on the sites selling the fancy 25-30k dollar machines are cut with the turntable. some is, but most can be cut on a lathe attachment or simple cut and turn which really doesnt need a turntable.
ive been in business for 3 years now and never needed one yet. Can you send me a picture of what you are trying to make and maybe I can get some ideas.
