Foam cutting question

hi guys

i'm making 4 axis foam cutting cnc machine and i wanted to know how to control the speed of the machine. it is controlled by the software or you have to manually control it.

IN all cases, the speed of the machine is controlled by the software. Even if you have a manual feed override, the computer uses the input information to still coordinate the axes. There are times when you can make individual axes move, such as for alignment, but that is the exception, not the rule.

where can i buy four axis cnc motor control for hotwire four axis cnc machine for foam cutting?

i looked into xylotex ( xylotex.com) four axis cnc motor control box for my hot wire four axis cnc foam cutting machine. what do you think about it? it , good or i should look for something else .
