I have used flashcut on a mill conversion and it worked well and i had no problem setting up the drives. I have moved up to a Tormach mill, and now am CNC ing my lathe with the flashcut system. I have a 5 turn/ inch ballscrew, with half stepping / 400 step/rev stepper and direct drive, yet for some reason i am getting 3.6667 thou for each thou commanded and this is consistent. Any thoughts where i am going wrong? Wayne |

| Hi Wayne... Is there any gearing going on? Remember to put that in with the other config settings such as screw pitch and motor info. Are all screws 5 turns per inch? Feel free to call us 847-940-9305 and have your setup file at hand so that we can help you out. Regards Mike Mccall Flashcut CNC |
