I am doing ok. Just overwhelmed with the amount of requests and business. Right now, I am a one man operation that just got some part time help. I am currently transitioning into the business full time as well as hiring some employees to help with the load. It has been a longer road than expected and the transition has been rough. The customer service level is not where it needs to be or where I want it to be and for that I am sorry.

To everyone on here, I am working through my backlog of emails and phone calls. You should here something from me in the next day. Thank you for your patience and support.

Also, a big thank you to David for helping me work though some of the support issues behind the scenes.

    All,
I had a long conversation with Nate today from a phone call that he made to me. We first discussed his machine and my needs. He was very patient and helpful. I then asked him questions about what is being discussed here.
He listened and explained why he has had delays. I believe this will all work out well for him and I am ordering a Saturn 4 x 4. I live on an island in the Pacific Northwest and he took the time to research shipping venues for the machine to reach me.
I am looking forward to exploring the creative possibilities a CNC has to offer.

    Hi David,
Yes I will document my build.
It was your Youtube videos that turned me onto the Saturn.
I would be great if you could do some more to help with all the my build.
This is my email if you would like to communicate directly.

Hey Craig - always glad to assist. I sent my contact info to you via email. My YouTube channel has quite a few videos - David Falkner Woodworking - and the Saturn build thread is here on CNCZone if you've not seen that yet (it's pretty saturated with detail) - http://www.cnczone.com/forums/fineli...12302-cnc.html. But if I can help you with anything let me know, keeping in mind I'm pretty new to this arena of CNC but doing my best to learn quickly.

My order is now in for a 4 x 4 and Nate has figured out the shipping to my island.
I am now in the process of ordering NEMA 34 Closed loop hybrid steppers.and all the electronics.
I give credit to David for giving me a guiding hand.

That is wonderful. I give you credit on the drive system. I went the CNCRP ESS/NEMA 34 stepper route...hoping support would be plentiful. Best of luck!
