    It's been more than two weeks since ordering and paying for a bunch of gear, and I've heard absolutely nothing, despite several emails and calls. I'm being completely ignored.

    These are great parts, but this is no way to do business.

    Look, I understand if there's a leadtime. Just tell me what it is, no big deal. But to be ignored is pretty infuriating.

    joe42, I for one appreciate that you brought it up here. I am about to spend the 4-7k dollars for my first CNC but it is hard to decide which system and company to go with. One of the best uses of the forums is for gathering information of this sort. Your short thread and Nate's short response to you are enough for me. Thank you for helping me with at least one company choice.

    I've tried to buy from Fineline and when I tried to talk with Nate all I got were texted message saying I'll call ya later.
    I've never received any calls or response from him.With that said I bought a cnc from another supplier.

    I got a response to an email, but the date of shipment has come and gone! So I called and was told it was being shipped that day and I would get an email with tracking information. That has happen either.
