Need Help!- 3D Fillet problem

I am working on a part at work, and ran into a problem. I looked into feature cam's help and of course its no help at all. So here i am at home trying to figure it out on a simple surface i drew here to get the basic idea of the corner blend feature figures out. Now i know there is a way to fillet the edges and cornew blend of a 3D surface but im having no luck. I have attached an example part of what im trying to fillet the edges on and do the corner blend. If anyone can help you would kick a$$

first of all why in the world are you still working in surfaces?? you have solid wizard icon and its much simpler but if you prefer solids to each his own...
in your surface wizard go to surface to surface fillet fill in your desired radius and there you have it

I have no idea how to use the solids feature except to make the stock a solid. If i could get a little of explanation on how it works i could probally be up and running using the solids. I have looked all over in the tutors and no help. So were stuck using surfaces till the military will send us to the training class. I did try what you said and i still get an error. Im not sure if im drawing it wrong or what

?If using surfaces i recommend that you do a surface to surface trim first so as to excact the intersection
but....if you do the stock solid as you mentioned then you can simply go to solid wizard and modify surfaces with a fillet
