My lathe is set up with Z0 being at the chuck and X 0 being at center. When I set up a part it looks ok and simulates ok but when run in mach3 the X axis is off. From .4 to 1" instead of .17 to .375. Min and Max diameters. What am I doing wrong. If I change the Ucs in featurecam by rotating it will gouge the part and cut it in two. Pulling my hair out in this one. Anyone have a .md file (Machine design) for a simple lathe? Donny    |
