Exclamation Not sure if this would fall under featurecam but...

I've had trouble the past two days with not necessarily a program we designed on featurecam. We're using a Fagor8070 controller on a Manford machine. The program ended up running about half way and then freezing up the machine. After this we shut it off and rebooted the machine to try the program again we decided to make a tool change and when we did the spindle dropped down without removing the already mounted tool and ran into the tool changer. After we manually removed the tools we found that
either the machine itself or the controller is choosing four tool positions up from the program tool we select. (i.e. if i choose tool two it goes to tool six etc.)
If anyone could please help with this issue i would greatly appreciate it.
