HI, has anyone removed the FAPT side of the control from a Fanuc 10T control? I have a customer who wants to remove the FAPT and run the control as a 10TA. He has had multiple problems with FAPT and does not want to repair it. What would really help is if some one has a 10TA control with a 14"CRT. I could get the board numbers and software versions from that. Thanks. |

Yes it can be done. What are the problems he is having? To remove FAPT . Change NC soft ware ( chips on master board ) Keypad is different. numbers are in different locations. I am not real sure about the display sw and mdi/crt pcb. |
