Need Help!- Fanuc Robodrill t14-ial

Hello.

I`ve bought Nikken rotarytable and servoamplifier on ebay for my robodrill.
Everything have gone ok so far.Parameters,settings and cables are ok.
But I don`t know where to get inputs and outputs for clamp.
M10 and M11 command.
And somekind of homeposition sensor.
We tried to find them on Ladder program with no results.Maybe connection manual 63003en-1 would help

I think that you have to write more for your ladder,can you see Mcode (M10 and M11) in your ladder. Do you have Fapt ladder

Yes I have found outputs M10 and M11 on ladder program.I think it was y1.5 and y1.6.
I have Fapt ladder and It`s working online.But where are these y and x addresses going?

We change y1.5 to another y output address and we get it work.When we restart the machine it didn`t work no more.

Is there somekind of manual where I can find these output and inputs?

There is xt3 and xt5 terminal block and many xs connectors.

You need connecting manual and hardware manual for your Fanuc control

I have hardware connection manual but I haven`t found function connection manual(63003en-1) anywhere

Do u have Fanuc Maintenance manual for Fanuc system 16/16i/18/18i/160/160i/180/180i.
If u have why dont u look into this in hardware section.

I don`t have maintenance for system 16i.Only maintenance manual for robodrill.
Do you mean 63005en/01?
