x over travel alarm at startup

    I have a kia 15lms lathe with a fanuc Oi-Tb control.

We get an x over travel alarm when trying to home the machine at start-up.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks for the help!

Move tool away from reference position

Hold P + CAN while booting up

    enable hydraulics release P= CAN

    Reference normally

    YEAH
go on PWE and make it 1 on MDI mode
than go to parameter 700 coresponding to x axe and look at the value.
write down the value that exist and than write on 999999 and input
go than on jog on mpg and move the axe more than 150 mm from reference
than go on home position button and make new reference.
after reference completed go back on parameter 700 and put back the value that u wrote down .

after that go and make PWE=0

move the x axe again and make reference again to see if it is working

    maybe will help!
