Check Run(forward or reverse) signal

Hi,
If you have more 1.0volt command voltage, spindle must run any spped.
First of all ckeck the "RUN" command logic signal is "High" or not.
Good luck!

Mori/Hitachi 4NE-600

This machine uses somewhat of a strange method for generating the analog for the Fuji DSR Compact drive. The Fanuc connection unit has a 12 bit binary output to a custom D/A converter that is tucked in behind and to the left of the spindle drive. I've seen one case where the Fanuc connection unit (located under the CRT) had one bad binary bit and it caused this type of problem. If you have access to another Fanuc 6T, you might try swapping the connection units. They are the long (19") narrow boards.
