We have a Conquest 42 with a Fanuc O-T controller. After not running machine for a couple of weeks, I turned on machine and received the following alarms. 416 x axis disconnect 426 y axis disconnect 476 7 axis disconnect 486 8 axis disconnect Tired of pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. Any help would be great. Thanks |

| Sounds like the CNC thinks it should have more than 2 axis If this has happened after a long period of inactivity I would guess your parameters have changed somehow. load a backup of your machine.

| Loads like you lost the params. If the batteries were dying/dead when you turned the machine off, it will have lost them. Are the programs/offsets etc still there? Reload

| Thanks guys for your help. Machine has only been inactive for about 5 weeks. I have found the back up disc to put the parameters back into machine but with the 4 alarms, the machine will not let me do anything. Program that we were running last is still on machine but I can not find any of the other programs that were on there. Any help would be great. |

| I expect that the Parameter file on the disk is a standard text document you should be able to open this with NOTEPAD.EXE print them out and compare them with the current parameters in the CNC before uploading and overwriting note all the differences and post here
